Tobin Garth Karicher is a professional fine art painter based in Richmond, Virginia. He is known for his unique style, which can be described as a blend of neo-classical realism with elements of neo-surrealism. His work features precise rendering, fluid paint application, and a strong emphasis on color, composition, atmosphere, and luminosity. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and has been exhibiting his art since 1987.

Karicher's work is part of the collection of prestigious institutions, including the Central Intelligence Agency in Langley, Virginia, and the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, DC, Sony Music in Paris, France, and Warner Bros. Entertainment, Los Angeles, CA. He has exhibited paintings internationally, including in London, UK, Cork, Ireland, and throughout the US. He is actively working on three new series, including "Deep Blue Day Paintings" and "Nightflowers," and his new works in progress, entitled "Gloaming Hour Paintings."
