Calloway Fine Art & Consulting works directly with our contemporary artists to create an Artwork proposal curated specifically for your space and tastes.
Artwork Proposal
Initial Consultation: Client shows space and selects reference works. The Artist will listen to client and create proposal for custom artwork. Once the decision to proceed is made, a 50% deposit is due before Artist begins the fabrication.
Artwork In-progress
Documentation: Depending on Artist and Client agreement, the Artist will either create studies of work, or partially complete painting in order to show client of concept and execution. Artist will be in correspondence with the clients, at which point they can discuss any further modifications.
Project Completion
Ready to Install: Once completed, clients will receive a photograph or video of the completed painting/sculpture. Additionally, the artwork image can be photoshopped into a mock-up of the proposed location. Once the client is satisfied, the final 50% remainder is due.

This gallery is a small sampling of the potential of commission collaborations between artists and clients. CFAC makes the process easy as we maintain contact between Purchaser and Artist during the commission process and receiving and distributing payments. While the artist will be in direct conversation with you about your commissioned work, we handle all the logistics.

$125/HR CONSULTING FEE + ARTWORK COST
Commissioned Artists will provide an initial proposal, in-progress artwork documentation, final artwork completion documentation. In addition to the custom art piece.
