Lilianne Milgrom was born in Paris, France and lived for extended periods in Australia and Israel. She now resides in the Washington, DC area and holds dual US/Australian citizenship. Lilianne earned her associate’s degree at Academy of Art College in San Francisco. She also holds degrees from Avni Art Institute in Tel Aviv, Israel and Melbourne University in Melbourne, Australia.
Lilianne has exhibited her work all over the world, including at Ground Zero, New York, NY; Glen Eira Council Gallery, Melbourne, Australia; 2015 Biennale Women of the Book project, Jerusalem; Museum Windows, Ramat Aviv, Israel; Reagan National Airport, ARTOMATIC Takes Flight, Washington, DC; National Museum of Art–International Ceramics Biennale, Cluj, Romania; Woman Made Gallery, Chicago, IL; among countless others. Lilianne has also won many awards such as a private artist residency in Paris, France; Strauss Fellowship from the Fairfax Arts Council, VA; and becoming a signature member of International Society of Acrylic Painters (ISAP) and juror for Art & Beyond magazine’s figurative art competition. Lilianne is also a writer. She is regular contributor for Art and Beyond, Ceramics Monthly, Ceramics Art and Perception and has been featured in ARTA magazine.
